We do not run a storefront counter for try-ons except by mail. The parcel you receive is the same piece photographed on the product page, folded for a U.S. carrier. We do not dry-clean, steam, or press an oxford shirt or a field jacket before dispatch. A poly mailer is typical for shirts and tops; a carton is used when a jacket or trousers will crease badly in a thin bag.
Connecticut cut-off
Orders captured before 2:00 p.m. local time in MELBOURNE, FL on a business day usually make that day’s pack list. Later orders roll to the next business day. Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern time. Peak weeks, carrier pick-up misses, and weather in Florida can add a third business day. We do not promise overnight.
Card payment must confirm before we print a label. A pending or failed authorization is not an order we will pack.
How a shirt leaves HIGH ST
The ship-to line is exactly what you typed. We do not guess a suite, gate code, or “leave at side door.” If the carrier needs a street instead of a PO box for an oxford shirt or a field jacket, we email [email protected] before we cancel. We will not relabel a foreign address as a U.S. gift.
Carriers we actually use
USPS, UPS, or a comparable U.S. carrier takes the bag after we scan it. Tracking is emailed at the first carrier scan, not at the moment you pay. After that scan, most contiguous U.S. deliveries land in 3–7 business days. Alaska and Hawaii are United States destinations on the same free standard terms when the carrier accepts the ZIP; they can take longer than the lower 48.
If tracking does not move for more than three business days after the first scan, write [email protected] with the order number and tracking number. We open a carrier trace or reship/refund per the damage-and-loss rule below.
PO boxes and bulky jackets
Some jackets and pants will not fit a PO box. If your checkout used a PO box and the carrier rejects it, we ask for a street. We do not force a bulky carton through a box that the carrier will return.
Split orders and gifts
We do not export. We do not split an order so half can leave the country. We do not mark a foreign address as “gift” to print a label. A non-U.S. checkout is cancelled and the credit card is refunded to the original method.
Weather and holidays
Carrier weather, Florida holidays, and peak national weeks are outside our control once the bag is scanned. We still pack in 1–2 business days after capture unless the desk is closed.

Photograph the outer wrap and the garment (chest, waist, and inseam, zipper, hem, print) within 7 days of delivery. Keep the packing slip. For a parcel with no delivery scan after the published window, we reship if an oxford shirt or a field jacket is still listed or we refund the merchandise.
